About this opportunity
Fully funded Master's scholarships enabling eligible Namibian graduates to pursue postgraduate studies at participating universities in the United Kingdom.
The Commonwealth Master's Scholarships support eligible applicants from Commonwealth countries, including Namibia, to undertake postgraduate study in the United Kingdom. Namibian applicants must hold a qualifying undergraduate degree, demonstrate that they could not otherwise afford to study in the UK and show how their proposed studies will contribute to development in their home country. Applicants normally require at least an upper-second-class undergraduate degree or an accepted equivalent. Funding includes full approved tuition fees, return airfare and a monthly living allowance. The published stipend is £1,712 per month, increasing to £2,000 per month for scholars studying at institutions in the London metropolitan area. Namibian applicants using the FAWE nomination route should carefully follow both the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission and nominating-agency requirements. Applications close on 20 October 2026.
