Lithon Academy is inviting Namibian Civil Engineering graduates to join its three-year Graduate Development Programme. The programme bridges the transition from university to professional engineering practice through hands-on involvement in real projects, structured mentorship from experienced civil engineers and documented supervised experience required for professional registration.
Applicants must be Namibian citizens and hold a degree in Civil Engineering. Applications should include the completed Career History Form, latest CV, full academic records, qualifications, Namibian ID and a motivational letter.
