1. About LocalPages

LocalPages is a directory and discovery platform that helps people find Namibian businesses, products and services. We are not the seller, service provider or agent of any business listed on the platform.

2. Business listings

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy, legality and availability of their listings, prices, contact details and claims. A listing or verification badge does not guarantee a business, product or service.

3. Your responsibility

Use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit misleading content, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, scrape data without permission, or upload content that infringes another person’s rights.

4. Enquiries, purchases and disputes

Any enquiry, booking, payment or contract is between you and the relevant business. Confirm important details directly with the business before relying on a listing. Disputes should first be raised with the business; you may also use the complaints form where available.

5. Reviews and content

You must only submit genuine, relevant reviews and content. By submitting content, you allow LocalPages to display and moderate it for operating the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep LocalPages available and information useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that listings are complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, LocalPages is not liable for losses arising from dealings between users and listed businesses.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions or complaints, contact the relevant business through its profile or use the site’s support channels.
